Frequently asked questions
Can I order online for delivery? ▾
We sell in store only. Everything is bought and collected at 108 Anzac Parade, Kensington; we don't post or deliver. See shipping and collection.
Do you sell gift cards? ▾
Yes — gift cards are available in-store. Drop in to 108 Anzac Parade, Kensington or call 02 9349 2154 to arrange one.
Do you take trade-ins? ▾
We don't take trade-ins. If you're selling an older bike, marketplace sites like Bikeexchange or Facebook Marketplace are usually the best route. We can still help with the new bike — drop in to 108 Anzac Parade or browse the shop.
Do you sell used bikes? ▾
We don't sell used or pre-loved bikes — only new bikes from our partner brands. See /shop for the range, or drop in to talk through what suits.
Can I test ride a bike? ▾
Test rides are available through our hire fleet — book a road bike at /hire and ride it like it's yours for the day. For showroom bikes specifically, drop in and we'll talk you through what suits before you commit.
