The bike leg, sorted
Most time lost on the bike leg isn't lost to the bike. It goes to a position you can't hold, a drivetrain that hasn't been touched since last season, or clip-ons bolted on at the wrong angle. All three are fixable, and all three are cheaper than a new frame.
What we do for triathletes
TT and tri bike fitting
The fastest position is the one you can hold for the whole bike leg and still run off. We fit TT and tri bikes - including bikes we didn't sell - with laser knee tracking, 3D motion capture and enough time to find the balance between aero and sustainable.
Bike fit →Clip-on aero bars, set up properly
Most age-group triathletes race a road bike with clip-ons, and most of them are bolted on and never adjusted. We fit the bars, set the pads and extensions around your position, and sort the cable routing so the bike still handles.
Talk to us about a fit →Pre-race servicing
Race week is the wrong week to find a worn chain or a sticking rear derailleur. Book a service a few weeks out and ride on it before race day, rather than collecting the bike the night before and hoping.

If you have outgrown clip-ons, we can build you a proper time trial setup from the brands we carry. What suits you depends far more on your course and your position than on the spec sheet, so talk to us before you commit.

Coogee Triathlon Club
We're a sponsor of Coogee Triathlon Club, who take anyone from first-timers to people racing seriously, and run member-led swim, bike and run sessions through the season. They're ten minutes from the shop, and plenty of their members already bring their bikes to us.
We also run the MC x CTC Women's Ride with them - a fortnightly Wednesday morning ride from Maroubra Junction, open to women of all abilities and entirely no-drop, with coffee afterwards.
Club members get a discount on accessories, services and TT fits, and are welcome on our group rides. The current offer is listed on the club's sponsors page - mention the club when you book.

Start with the fit, then the service, and leave yourself time to ride on both before race day. Come and see us at 108 Anzac Parade and we'll work out what your bike actually needs.
