South to Waterfall via the Princes Highway, return the same way. Waterfall train station is the turnaround point before the fast return descent to Sutherland for coffee.
At 90km with manageable climbing, this is the entry point to the longer routes. If you can do the Saturday Classic comfortably, you can do this. Pace yourself for the hills on the way out and the return rolls.
